We at sungrove have supported over 40,000 corporate clients within the Japanese market with enhancements to their sales and talent acquisition. Now, nine years since our founding in 2015, our team has grown to over 1,000 employees, and we have achieved a significant milestone, surpassing annual sales of 10 billion yen.

Next, please allow me to briefly explain the circumstances behind sungrove's decision to establish this company in Vietnam. In the three decades since the advent of the Internet, numerous IT companies have also emerged in Japan. However, in Japan, the cultivation of IT engineers has failed to keep pace with demand, and the resulting talent shortage has been a persistent concern in recent years. For our company to achieve further growth and address new societal challenges, welcoming skilled IT engineers into our team is indispensable. Thus, we began to look beyond development solely within Japan and started considering global expansion.

In this context, we learned that Vietnam, as a nation, is dedicated to fostering IT engineers, and that the number of highly skilled individuals there is on the rise. Believing that establishing a dedicated sungrove development team in Vietnam would create significant future opportunities, we founded TechX Vietnam in December 2023.

TechX Vietnam is not a contract-based system development company, so it is not merely an offshore center aimed at reducing development costs. As a business entity committed to developing its own services, our objective is for members with advanced technical skills and high aspirations to create innovative services through flexible thinking and collaborative, non-hierarchical relationships.

From our base here in Vietnam, we intend to "update" Japan, and subsequently expand our services across Asia and throughout the world. We eagerly look forward to working alongside talented individuals who are ambitious and ready to take on global challenges.
