What is the mission of the SWAT team, and what are you conscious of as its leader?

The mission of the SWAT team is to build the core platforms and foundational systems that can be used in common by each project. By doing so, we support other projects so that they can proceed with development more rapidly, securely, and with high reliability.

My role as a leader is to find talented people, welcome them to the team, nurture them, and while raising their motivation, create an environment where we can grow together. I also place importance on encouraging each member to leverage their own areas of expertise and skills to make greater contributions.

In which phase does the SWAT team get involved, and how?

The SWAT team gets actively involved from the initial stages before a project officially kicks off. First, we conduct an initial review of the requirements and support the overall technical policy and architecture design to clarify the direction of development.

We also participate in the development phase as needed, providing technical support and sharing knowledge. In addition to building the cloud environment and designing/maintaining the infrastructure, we are also involved in reliability monitoring and continuous verification during the operational phase, providing strong technical support to the entire project.

What insights or learnings have you gained through collaboration as a team?

Because the SWAT team has opportunities to engage with many teams and various projects, every day is full of stimulation and learning.

Each team has its own unique 'color,' and the members have diverse areas of expertise and talents. Working with such people allows me to encounter perspectives and ways of thinking I wouldn't have noticed on my own, and I make new discoveries every time.

Our SWAT team is like an 'unsung hero' supporting common functions and foundational systems, but even in that position, I feel my own potential expanding through interaction with others, much like a single grain of sand in a vast desert.

There are also moments when I realize that something 'I thought I knew' has actually become outdated, and by re-learning from that point, it leads to deeper understanding and growth. That also serves as a great source of motivation.

What would you like to challenge with the SWAT team in the future?

Regarding the future direction of the SWAT team, I want to continue evolving while keeping our current mission of 'building and providing a common platform to support projects' as our axis.

In the future, we plan to take on the challenge of developing a new platform that can also support advanced technologies like AI. Through this, we will create an environment where projects requiring AI utilization can be introduced and operated more smoothly, aiming for further improvements in development quality and speed.

What is the appeal of working in the SWAT team or at TechX?

The first thing I'd mention about the appeal of working at this company and on the SWAT team is that 'there are abundant opportunities for challenges.' For people who are passionate about technology, there are many opportunities to challenge their own limits, and an environment where they can work while feeling their own growth.

Another appeal is the flexible culture that allows you to act immediately when you want to try something new, and the generous support from the company. The fact that we have a system in place that allows you to immediately give form to your desire to tackle new things or contribute to the company is something I find very encouraging.

Finally, could you give a message to our readers?

I feel that the environment at TechX is truly wonderful. To be honest, it's quite hard to find a workplace that is this easy to work in and so blessed with opportunities for growth.

Precisely because the company has prepared such a good environment, I hope we can view this place as 'our common home' and grow while supporting each other. From my own experience as well, this is a very good place to build a career.
