Frontend Engineer

Le Qui Nhat

With over seven years of experience in web application development, he has gained experience in diverse domains such as e-commerce, finance, and data analytics. He is also well-versed in advanced and structural technologies, such as implementing Micro Frontend architecture in large-scale systems. At "Sendo," a major e-commerce platform under the FPT Group, he led a team as a Chapter Lead. He has also served as a technical trainer for the Vietnamese national team at the WorldSkills International competition, after winning a gold medal at WorldSkills Vietnam and a bronze medal at WorldSkills ASEAN.

What sparked your interest in TechX, and what was the deciding factor for joining?

My first impression was from my initial interview, where I felt that everyone was very kind and that the company as a whole had a vibrant atmosphere.
Furthermore, I was very attracted by the fact that the company's technical direction was clear, and I felt that it had an environment in place where I could grow.
Another major reason I decided to join was that, despite being a Japanese company, it has an international atmosphere, and I felt there were opportunities to absorb a diverse range of skills.

What project and role are you in charge of now?

I am currently involved in the development of a system called "Easier."

In this project, we are using React to enhance the reusability of UI components and have introduced TypeScript to improve code maintainability and safety. Additionally, by using Tailwind CSS, we are achieving efficient styling and rapid implementation of a sophisticated UI.

As a frontend engineer, I contribute to improving the overall quality of development while implementing the interface with a focus on user-friendliness and intuitiveness.

As a frontend engineer, when have you felt that you've grown?

I felt I had grown when I became able to think beyond just completing the tasks in front of me and could broaden my perspective to consider the entire system and product architecture.

I feel I am contributing to our products from a more long-term perspective now that I am able to design and implement systems with maintainability and scalability in mind.

What is the atmosphere and strength of the frontend team?

There's an open and cooperative atmosphere where members are close to each other and actively help one another out when someone is in trouble.

I also feel that a major strength is that many members are very passionate and responsible about their work, and the team as a whole approaches tasks with a positive attitude.

Finally, could you give a message to our readers?

A major characteristic of our company's frontend team is that it is very open and has a strong spirit of helping one another. Even if you run into trouble, there's an environment where someone will immediately lend a hand, so you never have to worry alone.

Another great appeal is that all members are positive and responsible about their work, and always approach it with great care. I feel it's a team where you can consult with peace of mind and work together with trust.
