Agent service for job changers. In terms of functionality, we have implemented AI-integrated features at various points, from automatic resume generation to company recommendations for applications.
Furthermore, on the front-end, by introducing SvelteKit, we have achieved a design capable of high responsiveness even with frequent database interactions.

Automatic Resume Generation Using AI

Designed so that when a career history is uploaded in formats such as PDF, xls, or txt, AI automatically handles everything from content analysis to the creation of a self-promotional statement.
When job seekers input their priority conditions (such as job description, work location, or salary), the self-promotional statement is automatically generated, taking these parameters into consideration.

Recommendation System Fusing AI and Proprietary Algorithms

For the parameter calculation logic in company recommendations, we deliberately created a proprietary algorithm instead of solely relying on AI. A system was designed where prompts created based on this algorithm are then fed to the AI.
This has enabled us to realize a system structure where AI can generate output that is even more optimized to the needs of job seekers.

Implementation Balancing Manageability and Operability Using SvelteKit

The administration screen was developed using SvelteKit.
We have implemented a system that combines frequent database interactions with a smooth, responsive user experience, including features like easily sorting companies into 'interested' or 'not interested' with a single swipe.
