TechX Vietnam's projects consist of in-house products and internal DX, and with each new development or update, the Vietnam base takes the lead in considering technology selection, development approaches, and implementation methods.
To achieve this, a culture is rooted here where talented members gather, catch up on the latest technological information daily, and proceed with their work while discussing the optimal development methods for each project.

In our operations, we proactively promote the use of Generative AI, and we repeat trial-and-error with a sense of speed regarding its introduction to PoCs and production tasks. We incorporate AI as an assistant in all processes, such as design, coding, review, and testing, to achieve improvements in productivity and quality.

In an environment with numerous new development projects, diverse technical knowledge is extremely important.
It is necessary to understand the characteristics of each language and tool, select the optimal development environment for each project, and advance development accordingly. There may be instances where switching technologies becomes necessary, depending on the project's circumstances.

TechX Vietnam's hiring policy principally focuses on experienced individuals, and we recruit only candidates recognized for possessing qualifications above a certain standard, not only in terms of technical knowledge but also in their eagerness to learn, adaptability to change, and team communication skills.
Among the members assembled through this process, vigorous technical discussions are constantly taking place, and a culture of pursuing the optimal implementation for each project is firmly rooted.
