Compensation

KPI Bonus

Bonuses are paid twice a year based on evaluation criteria (implemented at the same time as salary increases)

Salary Review

Opportunities for salary increases are provided twice a year (in January and June) based on clear evaluation standards.

13th-Month Bonus (Tet Bonus)

Employees with one year or more of service receive a bonus equivalent to one month's salary (pro-rated if length of service is less than one year).

Parking & Transportation Support

Parking allowance is provided for motorcycle commuters. Taxi fares for company-sponsored events are also covered.

Held once a week after work hours. Support for improving Japanese language skills and learning to become a bridge engineer.

Twice-yearly performance reviews

Skill Sharing Award Event

Quarterly awards for the top three sharers of outstanding technical knowledge, including prize money and trophies.

Development Skills Test

Held once a year, in teams of 3-5 members. Teams compete on new technologies and creativity, with top teams receiving awards.

Training Opportunities in Japan

Opportunities for training trips to the head office in Japan.

Release Parties

Company-wide events held upon product releases for sharing knowledge and boosting motivation.

Happy Hour Event

"Happy Hour" held once a month to promote internal communication.

Company Trip

Annual company trip (3 nights) for all employees to strengthen team cohesion.

External team-building activities held once every two months with company support.

Welcome Lunch

Regular welcome lunches held for new employees to welcome them to the company.

Year-End Party

Held once a year. An exchange event at the end of the year for all employees to deepen camaraderie.

The company's soccer and badminton teams have activities once a week.

Insurance

Voluntary Health Insurance

Company-sponsored health insurance available to supplement public insurance (family coverage also possible depending on position and level).

Compulsory Social Insurance

Company contributes 21.5%; employee contributes 10.5%. The insurance system is compliant with Vietnamese labor laws, including medical and unemployment insurances.

Annual Health Check-up

Annual health check-ups are conducted for all employees (twice a year for employees with disabilities).

Leave

New Year Leave

One additional day of leave is provided to celebrate the New Year.

Parental Leave

Men: Eligible for up to 14 days of leave, depending on the type of delivery (paternity leave related to the wife’s childbirth).
Women: Eligible for up to 6 months of maternity leave. Additionally, they may take 5 extra days of leave for routine prenatal check-ups.

Birthday Leave

One additional day of paid leave is granted during the employee's birthday month.

Marriage Leave

Three days of special leave if the employee gets married; one day if the employee's child gets married.

Annual Leave

In principle, 12 days of paid leave are granted annually (with an additional day for every 5 years of continuous service). Leave can be taken in 30-minute increments and is also available during the probationary period.

Public Holidays (Vietnamese law)

Solar New Year, Lunar New Year (Tet), Hung Kings’ Commemoration Day, Reunification Day, Labor Day, National Day, and adjacent days.

Bereavement Leave

Three days of bereavement leave may be taken if a parent, spouse, or child passes away; one day if other relatives pass away

Tet Return Support Leave

One additional day of leave is provided to support returning home for Vietnamese Lunar New Year (Tết).
